HOUSE HUNTING IN ITALY

EMBARK ON A DISCOVERY VISIT

Join D&G Design’s team of experts at a beautifully restored farmhouse in the hills of Le Marche to explore homes for sale and gain face to face advice.

Meet an immigration lawyer and receive up to date information, take a tour of homes for sale with trusted real estate agents, dine with fellow expats during a Q&A session, and attend a seminar with David and Gary on how to renovate your new Italian home.

Stay at a beautifully restored 17th century farmhouse, enjoy evening aperitivo and four-course organic dinners and plenty of local wine.

Explore Le Marche and discover your new vacation home or property investment – be it a cool coastal pad, countryside abode or a city dwelling. Visit local wineries, artisans who create beautiful pieces for the home, and even take part in a ceramics, pasta making, or stone carving class.

Our discovery visits can be taken at any time throughout the year and are tailored to your requirements.
