🌅 Saturday 18th October – Welcome to Italy!
Arrive at our historic guesthouse and take in the views before joining us for aperitivi and a homemade dinner with local wine. You’ll meet us – Gary & David – and your fellow guests.

🏡 Sunday 19th October – House Hunting in the Hills
Over breakfast, you’ll meet our trusted real estate agents before we hop in the mini bus to tour homes for sale, all chosen to match your budget and preferences — from village houses to rural ruins full of potential.
Lunch is included at a local osteria, and in the evening we’re back at the farmhouse for aperitivi and dinner with expats who’ve made the move. Hear their inspiring renovation story and ask them all your burning questions.

⚖️ Monday 20th October – Legal & Renovation Know-How
After breakfast, we sit down with our wonderful property lawyer for a talk and Q&A session covering everything from buying property to moving here long-term.
Later, enjoy one last round of aperitivi and dinner — plus an informal presentation from our architect and engineer about how renovations really work in Italy. Expect great stories, valuable tips, and a clear idea of what’s possible.

🚗 Tuesday 21st October – Departure Day
After breakfast, it’s time to check out and continue your Italian adventure. Many of our guests turn this weekend into a longer trip — you’re perfectly placed to explore more of Le Marche or head off to other parts of Italy.
